David Begin

I have been involved in the car wash industry for over 18 years. I am passionate about the business of car washing, and I look forward to helping you operate a successful wash. 

I am currently the founder and CEO of CarwashOS. We offer a series of proven programs to help you plan for your launch, train your team, and manage your operations to drive a consistent and efficient output to optimize your investment and maximize revenue.

I built my first carwash in 2006, followed by a second location in 2008, and a third in 2018. All three of these locations were highly successful, due in large part to the systems we developed and the great well-trained team that helped us serve our customers. 

During my time as a carwash owner, I served on the board of the Rocky Mountain Carwash Association and became their President in 2011. I also joined the board of the International Carwash Association (ICA) and became their President in 2017. I've had many opportunities as a speaker and panel moderator at regional, national, and international carwash conventions and meetings. I was also the host of "Car Wash, The Podcast" for 4 years.

I sold my car washes in August of 2019 and shortly thereafter started CarwashOS to help others achieve success with their car wash business. My focus is on providing advice and consulting services to new investors, current owners and institutional equity firms looking to start a wash and improve their operations.

In addition to my experience in the carwash industry, I enjoyed successful careers in the information technology industry, sales, sales training, public sector, and other business ventures.

Mike Griggs

I have been involved in the car wash industry for over a decade and am passionate about helping operators achieve success through innovative strategies and streamlined operations.

I am currently a consultant at CarwashOS, where we specialize in designing processes, building teams, and implementing systems that drive profitability and operational efficiency for car wash businesses. Our programs help clients establish strong foundations, maximize revenue, and avoid common industry pitfalls.

My entrepreneurial journey began during my schooling, where started a blind and shutter business where I sold and installed blinds. This foundation of hard work and problem-solving led to ventures in windshield repair and the import/export business, each preparing me for a dynamic career in business development and operations.

As an operations manager at one of Colorado's most successful express car wash chains, I drove year-over-year growth by developing creative strategies and refining processes to improve efficiency and profitability. I later expanded into the RV washing industry, building and managing large, highly effective teams growing to 110 million in annual revenue, further enhancing my ability to create systems that ensure businesses run smoothly and profitably.
